Seventies Up In Smoke Tour Day 2
Day 2 started out at McDonalds again for a 110% of your GDA of fat for Niki Croft followed by a quick stop off at Crucial BMX Store to meet up with the locals and start the park tour of Bristol. Scott from Crucial was telling me that there is 11 decent outdoor parks in Bristol, 11 can you believe it!! Ne wonder the locals can tweak it all day. We sessioned Hengrove park which was only 300 yards from our hotel and then made our way down to Dean Lane park. This place has to be one of the most documented parks in the history of BMX and skateboarding. Its full to the rafters with graffiti and is made up mainly of huge flatbanks, hips and some massive quarters. Niki Croft and new local Will Herman shreded the crap out of the hipped quarter getting easily 8 foot out of a 7 foot tranny. Anyways check the some photos out from the later part of the day from Creation Park up in Birmingham where we ended up. More tomorrow...
